Sebastian von Gumpert is a Creative Producer for feature films, documentaries, music videos, and commercials. Born and raised in Berlin he already worked on the legendary “Rap City Berlin” DVD (2005) as a teenager. In 2011, he completed his studies in Cultural and Social Sciences with honors at Europa-Universität Viadrina.
In 2012, he co-founded the independent film and media production company EASYdoesit, where he served as the Head of Production for eight years. Under his leadership, EASYdoesit became one of the most sought-after production companies for music videos in Europe. As an Executive Producer, Sebastian von Gumpert was responsible for global campaigns for Adidas, Audi, or Huawei. He executed videos for international A-list musicians such as Akon, Tommy Cash, or James Blunt and managed productions on (almost) every continent. Over the years, his films have won many renowned awards, such as Cannes Lions, ADC, LIA, Circa.art, and were shortlisted for SXSW, Grimme Preis and the German Short Film Award.
In 2020, he left the company to focus on narrative, documentary, and political works. Since then, various feature and documentary films have been produced under his responsibility. Additionally, he develops and implements political campaigns with Schema collective.
